Hiiii busy (but loving) human β€οΈ
You're not a bad friend.
You're just missing a system.
You know the feeling.
You realize it's been three months since you texted someone you love.
You meant to reply and then... somehow weeks went by.
You feel the guilt creep in β and then you feel too awkward to reach out because so much time has passed.
So you don't.
And the friendship quietly fades.
Not because you stopped caring.
Because there was nowhere solid for that care to land.
My people told me this themselves:
"I forget β and not because I don't care, but because I'm so focused on living."
"It gets awkward after a week or two with no contact."
"I don't want to lose people again."
"I want to be the friend who checks in."
That's not someone who doesn't care.
That's someone who cares deeply... and doesn't have a structure that matches it.
That's exactly why I built the Human-to-Human Hub.
It's a simple Notion dashboard that holds everything your brain shouldn't have to.
- Who you've been meaning to reach out to.
- What you talked about last time.
- Birthdays, big moments, little details that matter.
- When to check in next.
No guessing. No guilt. No "sorry it's been forever."
Just a clear, calm way to actually show up for the people you love.
At the end of the day, we have very limited time with these people.
The Hub just makes sure you use it.

I used to feel like I was always losing touch with the people I cared about. I moved a lot. Born in Baltimore, went to school in Boston, lived in Barcelona after that, then Houston, then Fort Lauderdale, then Barcelona again, spent a whole year fully nomadic, and now Iβm in Phnom Penh. Phew.
Every move meant rebuilding my whole social world from zero and attempting to maintain the connections I made in each place from a distance.
Long distance friendships took a lot of my mental real estate. Iβd think about someone while walking to the gym or while shopping for groceries and feel that little inspiration to reach outβ¦ then forget five minutes later. Life just pulled my brain in a million directions.
Over time I started building small systems to help me stay close to the people I loved. It wasn't anything complicated - just tiny bits of structure so I didnβt have to rely on memory or guilt.
Those systems changed everything. Seriously.
I stopped feeling behind. I stopped worrying about unread messages. My friendships, both IRL and online, got deeper. I felt grounded even while hopping between countries. And somehow, for my 30th birthday, twenty six friends flew in from all across North America to celebrate with me on a 4-day cruise in the Bahamas.
Best way to turn 30 ever.
The Human-to-Human Hub is the version of those systems I wish I had years ago. Itβs for people who care a lot but also appreciate a little structure so they stop relying on their well-meaning but unreliable brain.
In post-grad, I have been needing a structured, cute way to put more effort into connections... this makes me excited to check in with people again!

The system is great. Check ins are easy, automatic... It cleared up some mental space and let me remember more.

The user experience is great... I think what I love most are the check-in prompts and how the page for each person is so detailed!
